1. About Fortune Teller Pro
Fortune Teller Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-generated palm readings, numerology readings, and follow-up question answers (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, paying for a reading, or submitting your details to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entertainment purposes only
All readings, predictions, interpretations and answers provided by the Service are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied on as, professional advice of any kind. In particular, our readings are not, and are not a substitute for, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, relationship, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, legal situation or wellbeing. You use the Service at your own risk and you alone are responsible for any actions you take based on any reading.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Because each reading is generated personally for you and delivered immediately on payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it in good faith.
5. Your content and accuracy of information
You are responsible for the information you submit (such as names, dates of birth, photos of hands and questions). You confirm that you have the right to submit any information about other people you include (for example, in a compatibility reading). The accuracy and usefulness of any reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.
6. Personal data and marketing
We collect your name and email address so that we can deliver your reading and contact you about it. If you tick the optional marketing box at checkout, you also agree that we may send you occasional marketing emails about new readings, offers and content. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any marketing email or contacting us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame, harm or mislead anyone, to submit unlawful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the website, branding and the way readings are generated and presented, is owned by Fortune Teller Pro. You may use your own reading for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortune Teller Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
